The
second half of my Standalone Complex-themed giftage to Katherine this
past Winter, which didn't meet with quite as much approval as her Tachikoma.
Long story short, after much gnashing of teeth I got her some useful
pots and pans instead, and saved Motoko from being resold. My only
figure at the time of this composition, she now watchfully guards my
computer and the net beyond.
![]() The Major, as usual, cuts a fine figure, and comes fully armed, if not quite fully dressed. Her standard head is interchangeable for one capped with a handsome beret. Two right arms are included, one with her hand at her side (as shown), and another with her hand held at shoulder height. Her arsenal includes the Section 9 standard Seburo pieces, the M-5 pistol and the C-26A submachine gun, as well as a slim book – perhaps a copy of The Particularist Eleven? For good measure WAVE also included a silencer for the C-26A, which I neglected to include in the picture above, but which you can see below. ![]() Motoko nonchalantly shows off her... armaments, and her well-toned abs. ![]() The Major always looks a little disapproving, no matter what I'm doing on my computer. ![]() The expression on the alternate head may be a little gentler. Both the heads and arms fit onto the body very well and easily. ![]() I prefer the Major at ease with a book, rather than glaring at me with a gun. As you can see, from this angle her... jacket... looks quite nice. ![]() Her thoughts are always elsewhere... Back |
